William Wilson


William graduated from Ulster University in 2018 before qualifying as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland in 2020.

William is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Team advising on a range of property matters including the negotiation of leases, property portfolio management, negotiation of rent reviews, and lease renewals. Acting for both private and commercial clients in everything from sales, purchases, and options to purchase, to boundary disputes, planning law, and solar panels.

As a member part of our Probate Team, guiding clients through. the complexities of Wills, EPA’s, Lifetime Gifting, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning, and Office of Care and Protection Administration.

As a member of our Licencing Team advising on a range of Liquor and Entertainment Licencing matters including the negotiation of transfers, protection orders, sales, purchases, and lease renewals.

William also successfully manages HM Revenue investigations on behalf of his clients.
In William’s spare time he enjoys attending property conferences along with attending Law society events, William is currently the CPD Co-Ordinator of the Northern Ireland Young Solicitors Association.
