Shannan graduated from Ulster University in 2018 with a degree in Social Policy with
Criminology prior to graduating from Queens University with a Master’s Degree in Law
in 2020. She qualified as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland in October 2022.

As a member of the firm’s Real Estate Team, Shannan deals with a variety of property
matters including negotiation of leases, property portfolio management, the
negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals, notices to quits, Ejectment Proceedings,
acting in sales, purchases, options to purchase, solar panels, and boundary disputes.

Shannan is also a member of our Family Law Department dealing with contact and
residence issues., non-molestation, occupation orders, and injunctions.

Shannan is also a member of our Probate Team, guiding clients through. the
complexities of Wills, EPA’s, Lifetime Gifting, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning and
Office of Care and Protection Administration.
