Sarah graduated from Ulster University in 2019 with a degree in Law with Politics. Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland in September 2024.

As a member of the firm’s Real Estate Team, Sarah deals with a variety of property matters including notices to quits, ejectment proceedings, acting in sales, purchases, options to purchase, transfers, release of mortgages, Co-Ownership matters and boundary disputes. Sarah’s clients range from first time buyers to clients with a large portfolio of properties.

Sarah is also a member of our Probate Team, guiding clients through the complexities of Wills, EPA’s, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning and Office of Care and Protection Administration matters.

Sarah also carries out work regarding Licencing matters advising on a range of Liquor and Entertainment Licencing matters including applications, transfers, sales, purchases and protection orders.
