Senior Solicitor

Eileen is our most experienced solicitor with over 50 years of working in the legal sector. Having joined the firm in 2005 there is no area of law that Eileen does not hold a wealth of knowledge in. She has been an Advanced Advocate since 2009.

As head of the firms Family and Matrimonial Department, she conducts matrimonial cases relating to non-molestation and occupations orders, divorce and ancillary relief as well as
contact and residence proceedings guiding clients through one of the most difficult times of their life with diligence and practical advice.

Eileen is also head of our firm’s Criminal Law Team with a wealth of knowledge from minor driving offences in the Magistrates Court to Crown Court Murder Trials

As part of the firm’s Civil Litigation Team, Eileen regularly deals with matters relating to personal injury law including road traffic accidents, employers’ liability, public liability, medical negligence and Chancery matters relating to landlord/property disputes.

Eileen is also part of our Probate Team, guiding clients through. the complexities of making Wills, EPA’s, Lifetime Gifting, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning and Office of Care and Protection Administration as well as Chancery matters dealing with probate disputes.
Eileen has served on the Council of the Law Society since 2010. Her position has been widely respected and has a voice in our regulatory body. She has also held positions in organisations outside of the legal sector giving freely of her time and knowledge.
